Shyam Tent & Events is a family-run event house serving Raipur and every corner of Chhattisgarh. Over 300 celebrations later, families still come back to us for one reason — we treat every event the way we'd treat our own.

We serve celebrations in Raipur, Bhilai, Durg, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Korba and every town in between. If your venue is in Chhattisgarh, we can be there.
For full weddings we recommend booking 2–6 months in advance, especially during peak season (November to February). Smaller functions like haldi, birthdays or engagements are often possible with 2–3 weeks notice.
Both. Many families come to us only for decor, but we also handle end-to-end planning — tent, stage, lighting, catering coordination, entrance, mandap and on-day execution.
Yes. We build every proposal around your budget, priorities and guest count. There is no minimum — we've delivered intimate 40-guest haldis and 1,500-guest weddings with the same care.
